Be it royal beds to intricate carvings on the ceiling, be it antique furniture to a mix of Mysore and Hoysala architecture – Golden Chariot treats you to a world of luxury. The names of the coaches are inspired by the dynasties that once ruled Karnataka, including Kadamba, Hoysala, Rastrakota, Ganga, Chalukya, Bhahamani, Adhilshahi, Sangama, Shathavashna, Yudukula and Vijayanagar.
There are two restaurants in the train, namely Nala and Ruchi, which are a delight to the epicureans seeking the best culinary experience. Madira – The Lounge Bar is another fine addition of the train.
For business voyagers, the Conference Coach of the train with modern day technologies is ideal. Apart from these, the train also houses a gym area and a special spa centre for a rejuvenating experience.
